Meet the Designer

My name is Izzy. I am a designer living and working in Aberfeldy, Perthshire.

I moved here to work over 20 years ago and have never wanted to leave: the community spirited town along with the inspirational countryside and wildlife make an idyllic home.

I am an eclectic designer, choosing to work in a variety of materials, but with a strong preference for colour and texture in combination. I particularly like textiles and fabric and knit, felt and sew my creations together.

I also like to go foraging for driftwood and bark as well as stones and shells, combining a love for being outside with my magpie habits.

I have a strong belief that we need to look after the natural world and do all I can in my personal and professional life to protect the environment.
