SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. It will be sent using Royal Mail. This typically takes 3-5 days, but please allow longer at peak periods.
Packaging and postage is charged at £4.95 per parcel for UK delivery.

 

RETURNS

I want you to love your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy then just send me an email to let me know and pop it back in the post. I will arrange a refund or exchange as soon as I can. Please return within 14 days of delivery, repackage securely and obtain proof of posting.  Refunds will only be given on undamaged and unworn items, return postage will not normally be refunded.

If your purchase is faulty in any way please return it, stating clearly the reason for the items return. I will refund return postage on faulty items so please include the receipt for postage.
